Payment

We accept Paypal.
We will keep you updated about the progress of your order. If at anytime our stock levels are incorrect and an item is not available we will contact you.
You will have the option of a refund or to wait until the item comes back into stock (this depends on whether the item will be available again). 
We will do our utmost to ensure stock levels are accurate but human error is always a possibility and we cannot always guarantee the availability of an item.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We do our best to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order.
If a pricing error is discovered we will contact you as soon as possible and you will have the choice to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If you choose to cancel, we will refund you in full for the item which has been cancelled and amend postage accordingly.

Stock Levels & Back Orders

We aim to keep the stock levels on the website as accurate as possible.
However if we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss the issue.
We do not back order items if they are out of stock.

VAT

Crafts Etc. Online are not VAT registered at this time.

Postage Costs – UK

Orders are sent out via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Postage at the cost of £3.20.
If for any reason any other means of postage is used we will contact you by email and let you know.

Postage Costs – Non-UK

Unfortunately we do not post internationally at this time.

Delivery

Crafts Etc. Online aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of purchase. Sometimes due to circumstances outside our control, this is not always possible. We will, however do our best and will keep you updated either by a notice on our website or via email.

The delivery companies (i.e. Royal Mail / Couriers) aim to deliver your order within 3 – 5 Working Days after the date of dispatch but please be aware this is not always the case. Crafts Etc Online cannot guarantee it will be delivered in the time stated as once dispatched it is the responsibility of Royal Mail / Courier to deliver the parcel.

Please allow at least 14 days for delivery but feel free to contact us by email if you have any concerns, we are always happy to help.


Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address registered on your account on the website.
If you would like your parcel delivered to a different address please contact us by Email.

If your parcel has not arrived or has been damaged in transit please contact us.
We strongly recommend taking a photograph of any damage and retaining packaging to assist in any claim for compensation from the delivery company.

Returns

Non -Personalised Products:

If any of your items are unsuitable/unwanted please contact us.
You must contact us first and then return the items within 30 days.
Please DO NOT return items unless you have confirmed it with Crafts Etc. Online first.
Return postage will be at your own expense if the item is unsuitable / unwanted. Items must be returned in resaleable condition, unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be given in full when we receive the items.


If we accidentally send you the incorrect item, you receive a damaged product or are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to refund in full or offer a replacement (if we are able).
If the mistake was ours (Crafts Etc. Online) we will cover the return postage costs.

Personalised Products:

Please contact us and discuss the reason for the return and we will advise on the best course of action.

Cancellations

Personalised Orders cannot be cancelled if:

I: they have already entered the production process.

II: they have already been dispatched.

In both instances above you will be fully charged for the item.

Non-Personalised orders can be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.

Please do contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order as we will always do our best to help.

If you wish to cancel an order and it has already been dispatched please see the Returns Information above.

Crafts Etc Online reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and process a full refund.

Faulty Products

If for any reason an item is Faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item to discuss the problem. 
The item must then be returned, if applicable, within 30 days of contacting us.
Once the item has been returned and it is clarified that the item is faulty and the fault has not been caused by misuse of the product we will offer a full refund or a replacement (if we are able). We we also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the item. Return postage will only be paid up to the value we originally paid to post the item to you.
If the item is under a Manufacturer’s Warranty please contact as soon as the fault arises. 
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit while being returned to us so please get a certificate of postage from the post office and if possible send it recorded delivery to allow for a tracking number.
In every instance we will do our best to accommodate the customer in any way we can.
